 Project Management Services include:

• Schedule a Site Visit
• Assess and Submit 811 Dig Alert (For Underground and Gas Services Only)
• Assess Existing Conditions (at Service and Utility Distribution Levels)
• Provide Estimated Project Timelines
• Utility (Panel or Gas Meter) Placement  Recommendation to Meet Utility Standards
• Submit Utility Application 
• Communicate Effectively with the Utility Company and the Client to ensure transparency of Utility requirements (such as Land Easement, Pole Inspections, Joint Pole Replacements, Permits, etc.)
• Review Utility Design and Contract (if applicable) for Design Conformance Accuracy
• Coordinate all Pre-construction Tasks with the Client’s Construction Team (Underground inspections)
• Ensure all Tasks are met to Schedule the Utility Construction Date
